COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING INTERN

ROLE

As our organization expands, we’re looking for highly motivated and passionate interns to assist with marketing and communication. This will involve speaking to past/potential media partners, donors, and guests, creating graphics for social media, and learning more about the marketing process. Interns will be expected to attend our virtual monthly meetings, as well as attend occasional team meetings for specific projects.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

We encourage applications from students (high school junior through college senior) who have an interest in mental health, event planning, communications, marketing, or simply have a passion for our cause. Interns should have skills in taking initiative and maintaining accountability, and must be able to initiate and maintain contact with others in a timely, consistent, and positive manner.

DETAILS

We will be accepting applications for this position indefinitely. Although it is unpaid, we are more than willing to work with your school to provide academic or volunteer credit. The hours are flexible.

EVENTS COORDINATOR/PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN

ROLE

As our organization expands, we’re looking for highly motivated and passionate interns to assist with the planning and execution of new events and projects. This will involve tasks such as managing inventory, organizing volunteers, creating concert materials, and creatively solving problems in various aspects of our planning process. Interns will be expected to attend our virtual monthly meetings, as well as attend occasional team meetings for specific projects.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

We encourage applications from students (high school junior through college senior) who have an interest in mental health, event planning, business, or simply have a passion for our cause. Qualities we look for in applicants are accountability, organizational skills, compassion, and initiative.
